Sonia comes as ‘Bhagirathi’ to Barmer: Ashok Gehlot

Rajasthan's thar region, which was deprived of water for a long time, has been linked with the Indira Gandhi main canal under 'Barmer Drinking Water project', which was inaugurated by UPA chairperson, Sonia Gandhi. On the occasion Gandhi said that the project would help solve the biggest problem of the area. Through this project, the sweet water of Indira Gandhi Canal has reached Barmer.
