Sonia Gandhi on Sunday said diplomatic pressure exerted on Pakistan forced it to speak out the truth that the Mumbai attacks were planned on its soil. Addressing a public rally in Uchana of Haryana, Gandhi said that India's restraint should not be considered its weakness. Gandhi also said that the government has approved two ambitious projects for the state.
