Tibetan Exiles celebrate Dalai Lama's birthday

The ongoing Tibet China issue has not discouraged the Tibetan exiles in India from celebrating the 73rd birthday of their 14th and current spiritual leader The Dalai Lama on Sunday. A large number of Tibetans gathered at New Delhi and prayed for the long life and health of their leader.The Dalai Lama has lived in Dharamsala with thousands of his followers since a failed uprising against Chinese rule and collapse of the Tibetan resistance movement in 1959.
