Uma Bharti slams Uttarakhand govt of negligence

BJP vice president Uma Bharti on Saturday lambasted the Uttarakhand state government for the recent flood situation in the state and the casualties ensuing in the aftermath. Bharti said had the state government been more careful about warnings issued earlier, the number of casualties could be significantly reduced.
