UP govt has failed to maintain law and order: BJP

Even as at least four people were killed in two separate incidents of violence in Muzaffarnagar district BJP leader Captain Abhimanyu, said that the Uttar Pradesh government led by Akhilesh Yadav has been unsuccessful in maintaining law and order in UP.
