UP Vidhan Sabha sees ugly scenes over SAP of sugarcane

UP Vidhan Sabha on Thursday saw ugly scenes inside and outside the Assembly. Inside inspite of several efforts the sugarcane pricing got delayed, while outside farmers set afire food grains and sugarcane.
