UPA II will complete its term: Rashid Alvi?

The Congress party has ruled out any possibility of holding an early Lok Sabha election, after TMC supremo Mamata Banerjee hinted on it. Dismissing the reports, Congress spokesperson Rashid Alvi has said that whatever Mamata Banerjee has said it is her own opinion and the UPA will complete its full term.
