UPA schemes have mostly given a bitter experience: JD(U)

Even as the Congress-led UPA government is keen to forge a consensus with allies and the Opposition over the National Food Security Bill, the JD(U) on Monday said that they were in favour of a bill sans any loopholes, since most of the government's schemes have given a bitter experience to the country.
