VK Singh demands dissolution of Parliament

After joining veteran social activist Anna Hazare's team, retired Army chief General VK Singh has sought dissolution of parliament, alleging that the incumbent central government is not concerned with welfare of poor and has surrendered to neo-liberal forces.
