Water usage above 700 litres chargeable: AAP

Speaking on providing 700 litres of free water to the people of Delhi, AAP Leader, Manish Sisodia on Thursday said that 700 litre free water would be given to every household but if someone uses more, then they will have to pay for the whole. He added that they are doing it to curb wastage of water.
