Why did EC allow Rahul's roadshow and deny Modi, asks Jaitley

BJP leader Arun Jaitley slammed the Election Commission over Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi's roadshow in Varanasi. Jaitley claimed that Rahul's roadshow is happening in the same area of Varanasi where BJP's Prime Ministerial candidate Narendra Modi was denied permission to hold a rally.
