Youth to be part of economic reconstruction: Ansari

India's Vice President Hamid Ansari on Saturday urged youth to join the economic reconstruction in the rebellion torn Kashmir. Ansari motivated the youth to be a part of the economic reconstruction and rebuilding in the Himalayan region ravaged by two decades of Islamic rebellion.
