India has developed a new assault rifle, the 'Ugram.' It was developed in less than 100 days by the Armament Research and Development Establishment (ARDE), a unit of DRDO, and Hyderabad-based private firm Dvipa Armour India Private Limited. The rifle will deploy rounds of 7.62 mm calibre and can hunt down enemies 500 metres away. Watch this video to learn how 'Ugram' is better than the INSAS rifle currently being used by the Indian forces.
