Jaishankar's message for Israel & Palestine; India reaffirms support For '2-State Solution'

In a powerful diplomatic moment, India’s External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar welcomed Egypt’s Foreign Minister for the first-ever India–Egypt Strategic Dialogue in New Delhi. Praising Cairo’s leadership under President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi in driving the Gaza peace process, Jaishankar reaffirmed India’s unwavering support for a two-state solution and stronger ties with Palestine. He also highlighted growing India–Egypt cooperation in defence, fintech, startups, green tech, and cultural exchange, while thanking Egypt for aiding India’s evacuation efforts and solidarity after the Pahalgam terror attack.
