The Aam Aadmi Party has filed a complaint against Gautam Gambhir, the Bharatiya Janata Party's candidate in East Delhi. Gambhir's opponent, Atishi, alleged that he is registered as a voter in 2 Delhi constituencies which is an offence under the Representation of People Act, 1951. A case has been filed in Delhi's Tis Hazari Court against the former cricketer. All seven constituencies in Delhi vote on May 12, 2019 in the last phase of the elections.
