Lok Sabha Elections: No Cong-AAP gathbandhan in Delhi; is it advantage BJP?

After weeks of 'will they, won't they', the Congress and the Aam Aadmi Party have finally confirmed that they will not be allying for the Lok Sabha elections. Hindustan Times' Associate Editor Aurangzeb Naqshbandi explains that the reasons behind the failure of talks were AAP's insistence on a multi-state alliance and lack of agreement on a seat-sharing formula in Delhi. Naqshbandi says that it is the Congress which might emerge as the biggest loser as it is the only major party in the national capital which is yet to properly launch its campaign.
