Netanyahu vows more strikes in heart of Tehran as Katz calls Khamenei killing 'turning point'

Israel’s war cabinet is openly celebrating what it calls a once‑in‑a‑generation “opening strike” on Iran. Defence Minister Israel Katz hailed Operation “Roaring Lion” as a textbook decapitation blow, praising the IDF and Mossad for “eliminating the tyrant” Khamenei and “many other senior figures” while promising the air war will continue “as long as necessary.” This as Netanyahu vowed to “strike the terrorist regime squarely in the hip” with unprecedented US backing. IDF spokesman admitted they are “creating the conditions” for toppling the regime and say even Iran’s nuclear programme is under active attack.
