Biden declares U.S & NATO will respond to Russia if Putin uses chemical weapons

U.S President Joe Biden has warned his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin against the use of chemical weapons in war-torn Ukraine. Speaking to reporters in after addressing NATO's emergency meet against Russia, Biden said that U.S and NATO's retaliation would be proportional against Russia. He also said that Putin misjudged NATO's unity and the alliance is now even stronger. This comes after Russia refused to rule out using Nuclear weapons in Ukraine. Watch this video to know more.
