External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar has said that India is concerned about the spike in oil prices due to Russia-Ukraine conflict. Responding to a question on cap on Russian oil prices, S Jaishankar said that it is 'breaking our back'. He added that developing countries are worried over how their energy needs are addressed.
