How PM Modi, Rajnath Singh condoled Group Captain Varun Singh's tragic demise

Group Captain Varun Singh, sole survivor of Coonoor chopper crash, succumbed to his injuries in hospital. The Indian Air Force in its tweet said it was deeply saddened to inform the passing away of braveheart. Singh was the only survivor of the MI-17V5 chopper crash which killed Gen Rawat, his wife & 11 others. He was undergoing treatment at the Bengaluru Command Hospital. PM Narendra Modi condoled Singh’s demise and said he was ‘extremely anguished’. Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and Home Minister Amit Shah also expressed grief at Singh’s death.
