Covid updates: Karnataka mandates -ve report for Maharashtra; Goa extends curbs

Karnataka has mandated covid negative RT-PCR certificate for rail passengers coming from Maharashtra. The certificate is also required for vaccinated persons. Goa meanwhile has extended night curfew for eight more days in the state. Chandigarh on the other hand has vaccinated 100% of its adult population with first dose. With cases rising in Sri Lanka, the island nation is importing oxygen from India to meet the shortage prevailing in the country.
