Union Home Minister Amit Shah has reiterated centre's commitment to grant J&K its statehood back once the delimitation exercise is over and elections are held in the Union Territory. Amit Shah, who is on a 3-day visit to J&K, his first after Article 370 purge, told a gathering of youth that he has come to Kashmir to extend the hand of friendship to them and seek their assistance in peace and development of the troubled region.
