'Feel it is time for me to rest...': Harish Rawat takes on Congress leadership

Former Uttarakhand chief minister Harish Rawat's cryptic message on Twitter created a flutter in political circles. In his tweets, Rawat indicated that he has not been getting support from the party ahead of the assembly elections.
