How a thief made off with Oxygen pipeline from this M.P hospital

An oxygen pipeline was stolen from district hospital in broad daylight in Shivpuri, Madhya Pradesh. The theft, that took place on Tuesday night, was captured on a CCTV video. The disturbing incident, that put the lives of patients at risk, is the latest in a series of thefts. Watch full video.
