How Priyanka Gandhi took selfie with UP cops, was detained |Agra custodial death

After being briefly detained, Priyanka Gandhi was allowed to visit the home of a UP man who died in custody. Earlier, the Congress leader was detained by police in Uttar Pradesh for the second time in less than a month. She was stopped from going to Agra to meet the family of a man who died in police custody. A video shows police officials and Congress workers involved in a commotion. Police said Agra District Magistrate requested not to allow any leader to go there following the man's death.
