How Russia's FSB 'thwarted' Ukraine's plot to target Putin's top commanders

Russia's Federal Security Service (FSB) detained 9 suspected saboteurs working for the Ukrainian Security Service (SBU) in the annexed region of Kherson according to a report in RT. Russia says that the group was allegedly tasked with carrying out 'attacks' on high-ranking military and civilian officials in the region. During the process, the Russian FSB claims to have seized explosives, detonators, and even an explosives-laden vehicle. Watch this video for more.
