Two newly recruited terrorists dropped weapons and surrendered in Kulgam after their parents' emotional appeal. A joint cordon search operation was launched by the Indian Army and Jammu Kashmir Police in the Hadigam area of Kulgam after which an encounter started. The forces however brought in the parents of the terrorists who persuaded them to surrender. Watch the video for more.
