U.S based Pakistan origin singer Arooj Aftab has won her first-ever prestigious Grammy. Arooj bagged the award for her track 'Mohabbat' in the Best Global Performance category. Arooj has become the first Pakistani woman to win the Grammy. Her music gained global attention after her song 'Mohabbat' was featured in former U.S Barack Obama's 2021 summer playlist.
