The top seer in Uttar Pradesh’s Prayagraj was found dead on Monday. The Akhil Bharatiya Akhara Parishad president Mahant Narendra Giri was found hanging from a ceiling fan in Baghambari Math. Prime Minister Narendra Modi condoled the top seer’s death. Uttar Pradesh chief minister Yogi Adityanath condoled Mahant Giri’s death and ordered a probe. A suicide note was also recovered at the site. As per reports, the suicide note names Anand Giri and two other disciples for pushing the Mahant to suicide. Watch the full video for more details.
