PM Modi flags off advanced, semi-high speed Vande Bharat Express train

PM Modi flagged off the new and upgraded Vande Bharat Express that will run from Gandhinagar to Mumbai. During the launch event, PM Modi also took a ride on the train to Ahmedabad. Onboard, he interacted with co-passengers, and railway staff members. The newly launched semi-high speed train boasts of aircraft like travelling experience and advanced state of the art safety features like the new Kavach Technology- an indigenously developed Train Collision Avoidance System.
