Lt. General KGS Dhillon, colonel of Regiment of Rajputana Rifles, questioned Kashmir’s ‘Silent Majority’ in light of civilian killings in the valley recently. Dhillon while addressing a seminar on Killings & Human Rights Abuses by terrorists said, “Terrorism is consuming Kashmiri youth since 1990 either in encounters or lack of education.” Dhillon also questioned selective condemnation of the civilian killings in which mostly Hindus were killed in Kashmir.
