Russia, the Maldives, Nepal, and many other countries send their best wishes to India and ISRO after the historic landing on the moon by Chandrayaan-3. Russian President Vladimir Putin congratulated India & said 'Chandrayaan-3's successful landing shows its impressive progress in science & technology.' The Russian Ambassador to India, Denis Alipov, tweeted 'Badahi Ho Bharat' in Hindi and also congratulated ISRO scientists.
