Suicide bomber targets Sirajuddin Haqqani's ministry premises in Kabul

At least 4 people were killed and dozens of others were wounded in a blast in Kabul. The blast reportedly took place at a mosque of the Taliban's Interior Ministry. A Taliban spokesperson said that an investigation is underway and further details will be shared soon. Kabul's Emergency hospital said this is the second mass casualty the hospital has handled recently and the 23rd of the year so far.
