‘Well-planned conspiracy’: NHRC member alleges attack in Bengal; BJP slams TMC

On Tuesday, a team of National Human Rights Commission visited Kolkata’s Jadavpur to investigate post-poll violence. However, one of the officials, Atif Rasheed alleged that the locals attempted to attack him and pelted stones at CRPF jawans who accompanied him. He also claimed that the locals came out of a political party’s office and it was a well-planned conspiracy.
