Ukraine’s Volodymyr Zelensky has just wrapped up a historic visit to America. In a whirlwind tour, Zelensky met President Joe Biden, addressed both houses of Congress and secured a vital military aid package for Ukraine, including the Patriot missile defence system. However, his visit may also have been an incomplete victory with some key aims left unfulfilled.
