The alleged mastermind of the 9/11 attacks on US soil and two other suspected terrorists have reached plea deals with the prosecutor, according to the New York Post. Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, Walid Muhammad Salih Mubarak Bin Attash, and Mustafa Ahmed Adam al-Hawsawi have been held at the US Navy base at Guantanamo Bay in Cuba since 2003.
