Poland to help Ukraine with MiG-29 fighters in return for U.S. F-16s?

The U.S. is reportedly holding talks with Poland aimed at helping Ukraine with more fighter jets. Biden administration could provide Poland with F-16 jets, enabling Warsaw to supply MiG-29 jets to Kyiv. While the deal is being worked out, the U.S. Congress is reportedly ready to ratify any such agreement.
