Russian President Vladimir Putin has warned neighbouring Finland against joining the US-led military bloc NATO. Speaking to a reporter, Putin said, 'Helsinki had no trouble with Moscow before, but now it will.' He also announced plans to create a new Leningrad military district to reinforce its positions near Finland. Finland became a full-fledged NATO member in April of this year.
