Second NATO nation rejects Europe's troops plan for Kyiv; 'Naive to think it'll weaken Russia...'

In a major blow to the Paris summit’s “Coalition of the Willing”, a NATO member nation declared that it will not participate in any proposed EU war loans or troop deployments to Ukraine. The nation's leader also rejected sending his soldiers as part of any multinational security force, becoming the 2nd NATO nation to explicitly reject its troops' presence in post-war Ukraine.
