A SpaceX Dragon spacecraft carrying four astronauts has successfully docked with the International Space Station, marking another major milestone in human spaceflight. The spacecraft transported its crew to the orbiting laboratory as part of a NASA mission, with the astronauts set to join the existing ISS team. The docking was closely monitored by mission control as Dragon approached and connected with the station in orbit. The arrival highlights the continuing role of commercial spacecraft in NASA’s crewed spaceflight programme and the growing importance of private-sector missions to the ISS. Watch the spacecraft’s dramatic arrival and docking at the station.
