ABF will act only if Vijender is proven guilty : IABF secretary

Stating that boxer Vijender Singh is not yet proven guilty, Indian Amateur Boxing Federation Secretary Rajesh Bhandari asserted that Indian boxing body will take action only if the pugilist is found positive in the drug tests of World Anti-Doping Agency.
