Best possible squads for the West Indies tour: Srikkanth

Krishnamachari Srikkanth, who heads the Selection Committee of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), on Friday, contended that he and other members have chosen the best possible teams for the forthcoming tour of West Indies next month. Commenting on the composition of the squad for both the Test and one-day-international (ODI) series, Srikkanth said that injuries to key players like Gautam Gambhir, Yuvraj Singh and the resting of Sachin Tendulkar were discussed at the meeting. He said that if players are injured, this issue needs to be considered on a serious note.
