Cricket players should be free to retire: Kapil Dev

Former Indian cricket captain, Kapil Dev said that players should be allowed to decide when to retire and that the selectors should actively participate in such decisions. He further added that a few decisions like the retirement of the senior players should be left to be discussed by the players and the selectors.
