Shoaib Malik has been ruled out of the final Test beginning on December 8, after failing to recover from an ankle injury. Shoaib injured while playing soccer after the first Test in New Delhi. Vice-captain MS Dhoni suffered an injury on the webbing of his left hand during the Kolkata Test. Pakistan will be captained by Younis Khan, who led the team to a remarkable draw in Kolkata, will now stand in as captain again.
