According to sources the hearing on the appeal of spinner Harbhajan Singh against the three-match ban is likely to be held after the fourth Test at Adelaide. And one of the main reasons for the delay is said to be the absence of appeal commissioner, John Hansen before the fourth Test. However the top brass of the BCCI have expressed their unhappiness with the delay from ICC's side.
