Maradona lays foundation of a football academy

Argentinean Diego Maradona known as 'God of football' laid foundation of a football academy to nurture young sporting talent in Kolkata on Saturday. Thousands of excited fans had thronged the venue at Eden City where the world acclaimed player had gone to attend the foundation stone laying ceremony of a football academy. The royal reception that the player got upon when he landed at Kolkata is something to write home about.
