Trouble For Indian Linked To 'Kill Pannun' Plot; U.S. Aims For Nikhil Gupta's Extradition

The United States is reportedly seeking to extradite an Indian that Washington claims is linked to the alleged assassination plot against pro-Khalistan leader Gurpatwant Singh Pannun. The Indian Nikhil Gupta is in custody of Czech Republic authorities and Prague has admitted Washington’s extradition request. The U.S. has also claimed the role of an Indian government agent in the alleged ‘kill Pannun’ plot though New Delhi has said that the charges “contradicts govt policy”.
