US desperately making new bunker buster after losing unexploded bombs in Iran; IRGC to copy tech?

The United States appears to be moving toward a new generation of nuclear bunker-busting weapons. According to The War Zone, the Department of Energy has requested $99.794 million in the next fiscal cycle to begin work on a program called the Nuclear Deterrent System-Air-delivered, or NDS-A, which would give the president new options for striking hard and deeply buried targets.
