In a diplomatic win for India, German police have arrested Jaswinder Singh Multani, a member of the banned outfit 'Sikhs for Justice'. Sources say the pro-Khalistani radical played a key role in the Ludhiana court blast and was involved in a conspiracy to target Delhi & Mumbai. The 45-year-old was previously a resident of Punjab's Hoshiarpur and is said to be a close associate of 'Sikhs for Justice' founder Gurpatwant Singh Pannu.
