'Will think several times...': Ex-Home Secy Rajiv Mehrishi on bulldozer policy

Former Home Secretary Rajiv Mehrishi has refrained from criticising BJP governments for bulldozer policy in Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh, saying he would think several times before branding any government irresponsible and suggested that such moves are taken after due consideration of the situation. On the communal tensions in the country and terror surge in Kashmir, the ex-Home Secretary said that it for the officials and security agencies to decide on how they have to deal with the situation and that there is no copybook rule on dealing with such situations.
